Acceptable use policy

Using SKAVON means agreeing not to do any of the following with a domain, account, or SKAVON Care monitoring you use through us:

Prohibited

• Illegal activity of any kind under applicable law.
• Phishing, or impersonating a person, brand, or organization to deceive others.
• Distributing malware, or using SKAVON-registered infrastructure to deliver it.
• Fraud, including payment fraud against SKAVON or using SKAVON to commit fraud against others.
• Spam, or using SKAVON Care's alerting/monitoring infrastructure to send unsolicited messages.
• Abuse of SKAVON Care's monitoring checks - for example, configuring targets to attack or overload third-party infrastructure.
• Intellectual property infringement, including registering domains in bad faith to infringe a trademark you have no rights to.
• Attacks against SKAVON's own infrastructure, other customers, or third parties (DDoS, unauthorized access attempts, etc).

What happens if you violate this

SKAVON may suspend the account and, where the domain registry requires it, report the domain for registry-level action. We'll tell you why rather than silently cutting access, except where doing so would itself be unsafe (e.g. active fraud investigation).

If you believe a domain or account on SKAVON is being used to violate this policy, email support@skavon.in with as much detail as you can provide.
