Refund policy
Last updated 26 August 2026
Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased and, where applicable, the rules of the relevant domain registry and upstream provider. SKAVON does not promise refunds it cannot actually honor upstream.
Domain registration
Domain registration is submitted to the registry promptly after payment. Once a registration request has been accepted by the registry, it generally cannot be reversed or refunded - this is a registry-level rule, not a SKAVON policy choice. If registration fails on SKAVON's or the registrar's side (the domain was never actually registered), you are refunded in full - see "Failed registration" below.
Domain renewal
Renewals follow the same principle: once submitted to the registry, a renewal is generally not refundable. If you did not intend to renew and contact SKAVON before the renewal has been processed with the registry, we will make a reasonable effort to stop it, but cannot guarantee this once the request has already gone through.
Domain transfer
Transfer fees are generally non-refundable once a transfer has been initiated with the losing registrar, per standard registry rules.
Failed registration/renewal/transfer
If SKAVON charges you but the underlying domain action fails to complete (for example, a provider error prevents registration from ever reaching the registry), you are entitled to a full refund of that charge. This is visible in your order status in your dashboard as "Registration failed" rather than silently resolved.
SKAVON Care
Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for; SKAVON does not pro-rate or refund partial periods.

What we don't promise
SKAVON does not offer a blanket "every domain is refundable" guarantee, and does not claim any ICANN-mandated refund program beyond what ICANN and the relevant registry actually require. Where a specific TLD's registry has its own refund/grace-period rules, those rules govern, not a generic promise made here.
How to request a refund
Email support@skavon.in with your order ID. We'll tell you honestly whether it's eligible and why, not just approve or deny silently.
